I created MagnoliaProperties.co.uk in 2004 after successfully finging a buyer for our family home by placing a handmade poster on a local village notice board. Surprised at how easy it had been and the huge cost saving it resulted in and knowing the importance the Internet would go on to play in property search, I used my skills as a website developer to create a website dedicated to Private Sales.
MagnoliaProperties.co.uk has grown and evolved over the years but our philosophy has remained the same which is to make it as easy and cost effective as possible for individuals to sell or let their own home.
