All Documents Included Our HIPs contain all of the compulsory official documents, including the Energy Report, Local and Water searches, and official copies of your title register and plan. Nationwide Coverage We have energy assessors covering the whole of England and Wales. EPC within 5 Days Your Estate Agent needs your Energy Performance Certificate for their brochure and website. So to prevent any delay to the marketing of your property, we aim to return the EPC to you within 5 days of you placing your order. Payment Options You can pay for your HIP simply and securely online giving you instant email confirmation of your order, or you can send us a cheque in the post, or we can call you to take payment over the telephone.
