There is no free option but you can list your property just on their own site for £9.99.

This site looks nice but we found it quite difficult to take in all the information they have on their very long pages.
For £135 you will get

of a full refund if you refer their service to a friend.

By traditional estate agents, we mean the high street estate agents who charge a commission of between 1% - 3% of the
property value to sell your house. For a property of £180,000 that is a cost of approximately £4,000.
We're not going to write pages and pages on why not to use a traditional estate agent, like most of the other sites listed here
have done. We actually think estate agents offer a valuable service giving you unbeatable exposure for your property. Your
property will be advertised on Internet sites such as rightmove.co.uk and propertyfinder.com, in local newspapers and in their
shop windows.
We just think they charge far too much. It is very easy to just lump their fee
in with cost of selling your home, but at the end of the day that is £4,000 of your money which you don't need to spend.
You could put that money in a pot and go on five nice holidays. You can sell your property for £50, we
would recommend using a traditional estate agent only as a last resort. (* a property of £180,000 with a commission of 2%+VAT)

give exposure on the fish4home.co.uk, hotproperty.co.uk, home.co.uk etc.. network of sites, plus many other small locally
targeted sites. A for sale sign is included in the £150 option.
